General questions
There are two kinds of technique
Printing: digital printing （digital single side and double side all available）and screen printing, directly printing your logo or patterns on silk fabric, then using silk fabric to make final products, it is good for custom bulk orders.
Embroidery: suitable for simple logos, by applying thread or yarn on solid color fabric or incorporating other materials

The minimum quantity can be lowered to between 10 to 20pcs for each product, if the total quantity is large, no minimum for each design.
A confidentiality Agreement will be signed before receiving your designs after the order is finished, if you don’t agree to sell to other markets, we will “mothball” all your designs.
Different country has different tariff, and it is different according to different silk fabric and silk products, so it is hard to say, normally it is about 1%-13%, Express will help to finish the customs clearance, you only need to do is pay the tariff to express after they contact you, certainly we will try to declare low customs value to save the tariff.
Grade A Silk is top-grade silk that can be unraveled without silk floss breaking. When stretched out, a single silk floss can be as long as a mile, to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

4. mulberry silk pajamas: digital printing/pure silk pajamas, plain dyed silk pajamas, silk nightgown, winter silk pajamas, silk bathrobes, silk short robes, couple silk pajamas, family silk pajamas, long sleeve sleepwear sexy silk nightwear.
5. fashion mulberry silk dress: sleeveless silk dress, A-line silk skirt, silk maxi dress, lace silk tank, mandarin collar silk blouse, sleeve silk blouse, silk midi skirt, long sleeve silk top, silk button-up shirt, V-neck silk camp shirt, silk trench coat.
6. package: matched labels, tags, gift box, envelope box or opp bag, or another packing.

PAYMENT&RETURN POLICY
If you return for a refund after we receive your package, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days.
If you return for exchange, the replacement order will be dispatched within another turnaround time depending on the quantity.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and kindly understanding.
1. Custom or personalized silk products.
We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every order result in a happy customer. Because silk product is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control colleagues will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order is dispatched. However, in the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know.
Please note we work in accordance with these provisions:
Non-Faulty Goods: we cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalized or customized specifically for you.
Faulty Goods: to return faulty goods you need to first contact our customer services team.
If a silk product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 20 days, please send our support team a message, enclosing the order number, and description of the issue.
In many cases, for example, defective, stained, or printed design is not complete, as soon as the facts of the claims are made clear by E-mail, remedial action can be taken very quickly.
If it is difficult to be verified by email, you may need to return back all the silk products for inspection to confirm how the problem has occurred, and in that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product.
You will have to pay the delivery costs of returning the silk products in advance, if we are at fault, we will reimburse delivery postage costs.
Please note: if the product has been used, we will not be able to provide a remedy or replacement, but we can try to repair it, if there’s a little problem, we can suggest another remedy like offering a discount or coupon.
2. Wholesale or non-personalized silk products.
If you notify us to cancel the order within 7 days after the product is delivered, you have the right to cancel the contract to purchase non-personalized silk products. You must return the unused non-personalized silk products to us within 5 days after you notify us of the cancellation, and you must pay for returning shipping costs and the possible custom tariff.
In case of manufacturing failure, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The manufacturer’s faults include silk product scratches, stains, stitches, es, and hemming problems. we will decide what the manufacturer is responsible for and explain it to you.
Please note all the silk products are not able to return if it has a perfume smell or is washed, you may need to carefully check them when receiving any silk product before wearing it.
- Sample: Full payment for the sample cost.
- Mass order: We prefer 30% deposit and balance based on the final great quantity. We are main to all the clients pay for the great products.
We don’t like to charge them in production, but in some very emergency cases, it is necessary for shipment. If you place your order 21 days or less prior to your event date, a rush shipping charge may be applied to your order. Rush shipping charges vary depending on your location and the amount of time prior to your event.
Yes. Shipping fees vary based on the order weight, and we will offer a variety of express, like UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. to catch your requests of costs and time.
Yes, by working with DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, Aramex, and other international express companies and freight forwarders, Sino Silk ships to most countries and regions worldwide no matter how large the package is, after your order ships out, tracking information will be sent to you, all different shipping needs your address, recipient’s name and phone number (better mobile phone number).
To mostly avoid damage during shipping, we packed all silk products in a waterproof bag or box full of adhesive tape, but certainly, it is not 100% safe, no one knows how the delivery men deal with the parcels.
To make sure we don’t need to take responsibility for inappropriate shipping methods.
1) When you receive the parcel, please check if the package is in good shape, and whether the inner silk products are well packed, dry, and clean. If there are any problems found, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact us in time.
2) If you encounter the condition that the parcel must be signed before you can open it. Please sign for and open the parcel in front of the courier. After checking, if everything is good then you can give the receipt to the courier. If any problem, please take clear pictures of the package, products, and shipping bill, show the problem to the courier, and contact us immediately.
If air freight, shipping always takes 3-5 working days in most countries, some countries may need about 7-10 working days, if shipping by sea, sea shipping needs about 30-45 days or maybe longer.
